FOOD AND BEVERAGE - Platform One is a fine dining restaurant uniquely set within two Orient Express railway carriages. This is the clubs signature restaurant, of which they are very proud. There is an emphasis on seafood dishes and fine wines. Platform One is open for lunch Monday to Friday and dinner daily except Sundays.

The new Wichcraft replaces the Calypso Coffee Shop and has been designed to complement the picturesque rainforest surroundings. When you need a place to eat at any time of day, this casual dining area serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The new breakfast menu hits the spot with tempters such as Eggs Benedict, freshly baked croissants and seasonal fresh fruit salad. A range of gourmet sandwiches, savouries, cooked to order meals, cakes and pastries are available for lunch and dinner, or you can simply relax seated amongst a myriad of trees, sipping a delicious coffee or tea.
The cuisine on offer at Sizzling Court has been carefully picked to ensure a diverse à la carte menu of dishes from across the Asian region. Patrons will savour the flavours of the east as they dine in an authentic three dimensional Asian streetscape. A new function room is also now available for functions of up to 60 guests.
The Sizzling Court is open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.
